HOME GAME VERSUS FCN - LATEST INFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS

Following the general ruling issued by the Authority for Health and Consumer Protection that prohibits the holding of events and gatherings with more than 1,000 people due to the latest developments surrounding the coronavirus, , it is now official that Sunday's home game against FC Nürnberg will take place behind closed doors. There now follows some important information for all fans who have purchased a ticket for this game.

All fans in possession of a ticket for the game against Nürnberg (match ticket, season ticket, year ticket, season package) have the right to a refund. We will, of course, honour this right. We will publish separate information in this respect in the next few days and, where possible, inform ticket purchasers direct about the options open to them and what the procedure will be.

Ticket holders are urgently requested not to recover the money via their bank, thus saving us unnecessary expense. Other costs, such as those incurred for hotel accommodation, cannot be reimbursed. Tickets purchased from the visitors will be reimbursed via FC Nürnberg.

Tickets already bought for the forthcoming games against FC Heidenheim on Saturday, 4 April (13 :00 CET), Erzgebirge Aue (date to be confirmed) and Jahn Regensburg on Sunday, 10 May (15:30 CET) will retain their validity until such time as a decision has been made on the procedure for Bundesliga 2 matches, irrespective of the decision by the Authority for Health and Consumer Protection. In the event of these games taking place behind closed doors or even being postponed, tickets purchased in the members sale will, of course, also be refunded.
